Every session begins with an in-depth consultation where we design your shoot around you. Your features, your personality, your story, and how you want to be seen all shape the final result. From there, I customize every detail. Lighting is built intentionally for your face and body, posing is directed with precision, and each set or environment is chosen to support the vision we’ve created together.
This level of customization is rare.
With a background in fine art and years of technical experience, I specialize in advanced lighting and highly tailored posing for all body types and comfort levels. You’re never left guessing what to do or how to show up. I guide you the entire way so you feel confident, natural, and fully taken care of.
Whether it’s headshots, branding, maternity, family, or a signature session, the goal is always the same. To create images that feel like you on your best day, not like a template.
This isn’t about fitting you into a style.

Nope! The studio gives us a controlled environment where we can create polished, editorial portraits year-round, but we can absolutely incorporate outdoor locations into your session. Depending on the look you want, we may photograph around Hagerstown or travel to a location that feels meaningful to you.
Not at all, but here’s what we recommend.
Hair and makeup is always optional. Some athletes want a more raw, stripped-back look, and that can absolutely work. However, if your session includes multiple looks or a more styled concept, even light grooming or makeup helps everything translate more cleanly on camera. It’s less about “glam” and more about polish, consistency, and making sure you look like you on your best day.
We’ll guide you either way so it fits the overall vision of your session.
Please do. If sports are a huge part of who you are, I don't want to give you a generic senior portrait holding a ball. We can create something intentional around your sport, whether that means your jersey, equipment, uniform, medals, or the things you've spent years working toward. Your senior session should include the things that make this season of your life yours. Whether you play piano, guitar, violin, drums, saxophone, or something completely unexpected, we can incorporate it in a way that feels like a portrait rather than a school yearbook photo.
We also recommend books, vehicles, awards, sentimental items, or anything else that tells part of your story can be incorporated into your session. You don't have to choose between a beautiful portrait and a meaningful one. We can make it both.
